Frequently asked questions.

• I want to register a voucher but I already registered my account. What do I do? - Send an email with the voucher code to support@mediyogaplay.com.

• Videos that I was able to watch yesterday are suddenly locked. What happened? - Log out and log in again. Usually that solves the problem. 

• How do I change my password? - To change your password, go to "My Account" and click "Password". You use the same password in the app and on our website. 

• I am a MediYoga Instructor, how do I register? - If you are a trained MediYoga Instructor, log in at www.mediyoga.us there you will find a link to MediYoga Play's subscription for Instructors. 

• I registered a voucher but I can't see that I've received my discount. - After your 30-day free trial is through, you will receive a discount on the monthly invoices.

• I can't play any of the videos on my iPhone. I can see the thumbnail but there is no play-button. - This can happen on iPhones running old software. Try updating your firmware. 

• The app is acting strange. What do I do?

1. Restart the video. (If this doesn't help continue with the next step)

2. Log out and log in again. (If this doesn't help continue with the next step)

3. Restart you phone/tablet. (If this doesn't help continue with the next step)

4. Reinstall the app. (If this doesn't help continue with the next step)

5. Update your phone's operating system. Android or iOS. (If this doesn't help continue with the next step)

6. Check if there is an update for the MediYoga Play app in the App Store or in Google Play. (If this doesn't help continue with the next step)

7. Send an email to support@mediyogaplay.com.

• I have downloaded the app but all the videos are locked. What do I do? - If you registered without entering your payment information you have not started your free trial, and will only have access to our free content. To access everything you have to register your payment information. Click HERE to register your payment information.

• How do I cancel my MediYoga Play subscription? - To cancel your subscription go to "My Account", click "Billing", "Change Plan", "Cancel Membership".
